A break from posts... for now.

This year has been a wild ride in the markets with US tariffs recently introducing incredible volatility and large swings to the downside. From a long term investment point of view, they may present some good accumulation opportunities but it does make short term trading quite challenging. At the same time, I have reached a point where I need to revaluate my trading and hone-in on my approach to styles and setups.

I took a break from trading my personal account in March due to some changes in life but I will be extending that break. That doesn't mean I'm leaving the trading world, though – in fact, it's the opposite. I've decided to make a change in my professional life and pivot my career into the financial markets, which, as I hope as become clear through my posts, is something I'm truly passionate about. Switching roads from software engineering is going be challenging, but this is something I've been gearing myself up to do for a while. So, I'll still be trading going forward, as part of my new daily routine, but my usual Monday night sessions and monthly blog posts will be taking a pause.

Outside of my professional life, there will be some other happy, life-changing adjustments in my personal life in the next few months which will present another kind of new and exciting journey.

As such, I will be taking a break from new posts for a while. I hopefully aim to return to the blog and continue posting about my trades publicly once I've settled into my new routine. For now, though, it's best that I focus my trading energy into my new professional ventures.

Thank you for all the support and reading engagement so far. I'll be back!

Until next time :)
