Hello World

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. This post is that. It is an entry into a challenging journey: the first step and the start of what will hopefully be a fruitful expedition.

So what am I trying to do here? Well firstly let's start with the "I" and who that is. My name is Alessandro Filippi, and like some of you potentially reading this, I'm currently on the wild ride of trying to trade the financial markets. The goal of this blog and site is to showcase my journey in finding my trading edge in the hopes that it motivates you in finding yours.

Have I found it? Well, no. That's why we're here. This blog is intended to bring you on my trading journey with me. I'll be primarily writing up posts about trading content, journaling, and reviewing my live trades for all to see, and using this as a platform to showcase my struggles and victories so that others can be motivated to learn as I learn. That's the intention at least, so let's see where it develops from here.

Trading the financial markets is an extremely tough and unforgiving endeavour but incredibly rewarding. Keep pushing and the odds of success increase in your favour, no matter how small the increment. Each outcome is a lesson, and each lesson a tool for building your staircase up towards continued profitable success. So join me as I intend to do that for myself by putting my trading journey and thoughts out there.
